Enterprise Facilitation is founded on two fundamental beliefs:
• Human nature is inherently good and the fulfillment of our talents, through work, leads to an improvement in
our individual lives and in the community as well.
• Development can only be indigenous and based on what is already present in the community

The framework of Enterprise Facilitation consists of five principals:
• Enterprise Facilitation is controlled and managed at the grassroots of the community by a local board comprised of involved citizens and officials.
• The local board hires and supports the training of a full-time Facilitator who is the catalyst to assist and encourage local entrepreneurs
• The Facilitator provides intensive, one-on-one assistance linking clients to programs and resources offered by organizations and professionals
• The Facilitator tests the personal motivation and skill of the client, developing in the client his/her capacity to assess their own management strengths and weaknesses.
• Enterprise Facilitation is available for free, and In confidence to any individual in the
Enchanted Circle of New Mexico with an idea for enterprise holdem |
